3. Security and where the company stores your personal data

Subject to certain limitations under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may choose to opt out of the Company’s sharing and may ask the Company to provide them a list of data regarding our disclosure, if any, of personal information to third parties direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year. Please note that not all personal information sharing is covered by Section 1798.83’s requirements.
9. Children
The Website is not directed at anyone under the age of 16, nor does the company collect any personal information from anyone who the company knows to be under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you should not use the Website and should not submit any personal information to the Company.
